RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Stay ★ Golden items are made-to-order.
We do not accept returns for wrong size, preference, or ordering mistakes.

We ONLY accept returns for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a replacement, email: info@wearstaygolden.com
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A description of the problem

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items.

Lost/Stolen Packages
Packages marked “Delivered” are not eligible for a refund.
